Im very disappointed in the care my 9 year old has received here. He has been receiving services for 7 months, thats it, and has been through THREE counselors. The first one couldn't be bothered to give him a notice, she let him know on his last session that he would no longer be seeing her, which devastated him as they were really connecting and he really liked her. This facility seems to prioritize financial transactions over patient care. Due to an administrative error made by Karen in billing, my access to my psychiatrist was abruptly cut off. This happened despite explicit medical advice from my psychiatrist stating that suddenly stopping my medication is dangerous.
