Rachel is the best therapist I've ever had. I look forward to seeing her and she always sends me out the door with a smile and encouraging comment. Very cool place focused on personal health and wellness.
My daughter has seen Ashley when she was at a other practice after going against our better judgement we used advise that she said we should do with her after that our daughter became uncomfortable stolen our vehicle with her then boyfriend were he took her to NYC strangled her and forced himself onto her thanks to doing what she said we almost lost our daughter so not recommend her in any way shape or form can not say anything about the other providers there but as for the owner think twice
This place is amazing and offers the therapeutic environment that should be the standard. The staff, the attitude, the atmosphere, but most importantly, the experience and credibility across the board of staff is thoroughly impressive. Relatively small place that I know will only blossom and bloom over time.
Optimal Healing is a rare find. This sacred space exudes health & wellness on a deep visceral level. Our community is blessed to have such well-rounded offerings, impeccable design, and highly professional & compassionate staff. Every event I have attended has left me invigorated, plugged in, and ready for the next adventure.
I have attended several wellness sessions at Optimal Healing, including Yoga, Reiki, and their Winter Solstice event. I cannot speak more highly of how amazing their services are and the level of professionalism their highly educated staff provide. The renovated 1800s carriage barn gives the space such a cool and unique vibe that allows you to emerge yourself into a state of relaxation and healing.
