Very rude service and a botched job, never going to be making buisness with this place and owner. Showed up 2.5 hours late to the service call and was rude to everybody in the shop. If i could give him a-10 star i would.
American traveling in Montréal, had my car broken into on the driver’s side, window smashed. Called Optimal in Laval and was able to get the window fixed immediately. Service was great & speedy. Total lifesaver!!
Hier en revenant du travail, un véhicule a envoyé un gros projectile dans mon pare-brise résultant une étoile. La même journée j'ai fait des téléphones pour trouver quelqu'un pour faire une réparation. Malheureusement ce sont eux qui m'ont répondu, ayant de la disponibilité le lendemain matin. Arrivé sur place, aucune affiche pour "Optimal Auto Glass", j'y retrouve plutôt une shop de carrosserie. Lobby bordélique et poussiéreux.
