This is the biggest scam out there, whatever you do, do not sign up with them. Not only did they not resolve the issue, they took over a year and just kept saying they were working on it. In the mean time my taxes just kept increasing from penalties and ended up costing me so much more in the end. Do not trust them.

Natalie is great. I've been doing taxes with her for three years now and plan to stay. She is very quick to respond, help, and knows what she's doing. She helped me get my state taxes fixed last year and always gets me my MAX refund. I have poor credit and she still got me the advance. Thank you so much for all your help Naralie!

This is the worst company that anybody can ever use they make promises they cannot keep I owe $46,000. The only thing they did for me is set up a payment plan for $46,000. They did not do anything for me. This is not the company that you think it is Better going to a different company Optima Is not worth it at all

Natalie is amazing! She makes the entire filing process super easy! Natalie always finds a way to squeeze me in as I usually procrastinate and wait until the last minute. Thanks for all your help!
