This is the biggest scam out there, whatever you do, do not sign up with them. Not only did they not resolve the issue, they took over a year and just kept saying they were working on it. In the mean time my taxes just kept increasing from penalties and ended up costing me so much more in the end. Do not trust them.

This is the worst company that anybody can ever use they make promises they cannot keep I owe $46,000. The only thing they did for me is set up a payment plan for $46,000.
