Do not use this company under any circumstance. That are unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent and incapable of getting anything done in a timely manner. They screwed up the closing on my business almost causing the seller to walk away. Optima was made aware of the extreme importance of closing on 2/15 yet they took their time and we ended up missing that closing date. Awful experience!! Quicken Loans used this company to get documents signed for the closing on a house I purchased. Because their title company is located in Michigan, they had to utilize an Ohio company to get the documents signed for the loan. The closing coordinator explained that her company closes all the Quicken Loans cases in the area because the "CEO of her company and Dan Gilbert are friends." Trying to understand how this company stays in business?!? I've closed a dozen or more loans in my lifetime and I've never seen this kind of incompetence and unresponsiveness!! STAY AWAY!! Unfortuantely Google doesn't allow ZERO stars.
