Ginger and Lisa were amazing to deal with and helped me find the perfect glasses and sunnies.
I always love coming here! They are kind and helpful every time! My glasses had been slipping down and needed to be tightened and they were kind enough to help me free of charge! Love this place!
The staff here are really nice. They repair my eyeglasses for free. It’s hard to find a store doing repairs for free. They have good frames too.
Absolutely terrible experience at this optical clinic. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She clearly had no idea what she was doing—wasting everyone’s time, giving wrong information, and showing zero courtesy or basic customer service skills. I came in expecting a smooth visit, but instead left frustrated and disappointed. If this is how they treat their clients, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I suggest you do the same. Avoid this place.
Lisa and Ginger were incredible today in helping me and my husband with our sunglasses issue! Extremely kind, professional and made our day! Thank you so much again! :)
