I was examined by Dr Thawab and I am very happy with my new pair of multifocal glasses. Should’ve gone to OPSM before!
In 2019 I had an eye test and purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one for near vision and one for long distance. Very happy with the glasses and OPSM were happy to spread the cost over 2 financial years to make best use of my health insurance. In 2026 I was examined by Dr Thawab and I am very happy with my new pair of multifocal glasses.
All the staff I have seen here are friendly and helpful. I was referred to a specialist after my examination today showed some concerns. The referral was sent promptly, and the specialist rang me later that day to make an appointment. Good service from everyone.
I had been to Laubman and Pank at Elizabeth previously and was not asked if I was a Centrelink pensioner. It turned out I could get a significantly larger discount with my pension card so I will be using OPSM next time I need glasses
A very personalised service with Jaime, I had 2 visits to look at the smart glasses for my low vision problems and she explained everything to me and gave me the best price possible, these glasses are a game changer for me and I know I will have much more confidence when I am out and about myself. I had been to several other optometrist stores for advice on the new smart glasses and this place wins hands down
