Exceptional! My Optometrist Thawab Al-Bayati is very always very professional and friendly when I see her for my annual eye tests. She has a special talent for making you feel completely at ease; it is always a pleasure to see her and I know I'm in expert hands. Also, I have mobility issues and Sonia was wonderful in bringing me multiple different frames to try on whilst I remained seated, which helped me greatly in ultimately choosing the frames for my new pairs of glasses.
The staff were wonderful. I never felt rushed. They made sure I was happy with my purchase
