I'm from out of town and broke both pairs of my glasses. They managed to take the parts from both pair and get one pair of working glasses. Can't say enough good about them
While in Panama City Beach for vacation I lost my glasses in the Gulf and had to rely on an old pair of prescription sunglasses. The sunglasses were apparently so old they had turned brittle because both earpieces broke off, leaving parts of the screws in the holes. The Walmart Optical Center referred me to the Optical Shoppe. I went there the next day and, while the glasses were simply too damaged and old to repair, the lady (I wish I had caught her name) tried hard and was very kind and pleasant.
