Waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was present for an appointment. The assistant rushed me through the first 2 machines, then met the Optometrist. Dr. Kashin rushed me through the exam, with an abrupt rude and dismissive attitude. He said I might need to have one of my eyes looked at for Glaucoma, and that his St. Mary's office would contact me for an appointment (2 weeks later, no call yet). 09-26-2024 at 4:45pm Walked into the store and was not greeted by the one person that was working yet he looked at us. My kids went to look for some frames to try on, they found some they liked and the one staff working disappeared to the back. He did poke his head out a few times but did not attempt to ask if we needed any help or assist us in anyway. Made me feel uncomfortable so we took our business elsewhere.
Visited the optical department to make an appointment as they don't answer the phones. I was given an appointment for 10:45 and told to come early to fill out paperwork. I took time off work to go to my appointment. There was no paperwork to fill out, and after waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I asked why I hadn't been seen yet. Extremely poor customer service, they never answer their phones and I've been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks now!!! Also they have messed up my prescription more then once!!! Google forced me to put a 1 star rating however they deserve negative -5 stars, EDIT/UPDATE in the reply below they gave me a customer relations number to call and the automated message says due to a high number of calls they are unable to connect me then hangs ups,,, hahah what a horrible company!!
