Just came back from my eye exam. It was the most thorough one I have ever had. the new(ish) optometrist, Dr. Jaelyn McComas, was exceptionally competent, and convivial. Highly recommended.

I ordered progressive lenses. They redid them as task glasses at no charge within 90 days of purchase because the progressives were not what I needed. Thank you so much to the staff at the Vernon BC location
The ladies that work there are wonderful! I was having problems with my new lenses and they replaces them without any hassels!!! Super friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend getting your glasses done here!
My Rx sunglass lenses began delaminating ~2.5 years after purchase at SS Optical in 2021, which is outside of the two year warranty. I take GREAT care of my high index lense Rx sunglasses/glasses because they cost a fortune! I was willing to give SS another try due to a PC points promotion, to help offset the cost. I did have a slight Rx change in 2024, but my optometrist said no need to update my 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses = $2700 for lenses alone! This is what happened.
