Just came back from my eye exam. It was the most thorough one I have ever had. the new(ish) optometrist, Dr. Jaelyn McComas, was exceptionally competent, and convivial. Highly recommended.
I wanted to share our OUTSTANDING experience with Theodore & Pringle Optical. My husband recently got a pair of glasses and Shaylene was wonderful to deal with. She was very helpful, with such a positive attitude as my hubby decided what pair of glasses he would like. I also just got a pair of glasses and Christina was simply amazing. I ordered progressive lenses. They redid them as task glasses at no charge within 90 days of purchase because the progressives were not what I needed. Thank you so much to the staff at the Vernon BC location
