I went in to get glasses at Theodor& Pringle in superstore. I ordered 2 pair 1 casual, 1 safety glasses. The casual pair was great, the safety glasses did not come with the transitions lens I had ordered and paid for. I have gone to the location, they would not correct the error. I have written to Superstore and have been getting the run around. The store has changed to Specsavers now, and they won't warranty Glasses from Theodor & Pringle. Transitions are not cheap, and I want what I've paid for.
We are always going to Theodore Pringle Lloyd. Tanya and Arlene are primarily the reasons why we prefer to visit. They're really great with their service...these ladies are the best!
