I would like to clarify that I did arrive for my appointment; however, the visit could not proceed due to insurance issues, which were not verified prior to my arrival. At that time, Dr. Block expressed her disappointment and mentioned the importance of checking insurance. I would have appreciated being informed then about the no-show fee, as it would have helped me better understand the situation. Since I was present and ready for my appointment, I kindly request that the no-show fee be reviewed and reconsidered.

I just have to rave about our experince. Nicole was our Optician. She was deligent and patient in helping me to purchase a great replacement pair that fit well after my old ones broke. She also helped my husband with his contact lenses. We were blown away by how quickly she addressed our issues.

Place feel overcrowded and understaffed. One employee was trying to help multiple different people at once so noone was really getting the help they needed. Spent atleast half my time there just waiting for someone. They do have a good selection for glasses though.

Phenomenal experience! Very professional, kind and proficient staff. I was helped and started the eye exam immediately. Never had that before. I mean I literally didn't have to wait at all, no sitting and staring at the ceiling. The well dressed man that helped me pick out glasses was fantastic at his job! I didnt even have to really do anything. He knew exactly which models Would frame my face that also were the style I asked for. I was also impressed with the equipment.
