I just have to rave about our experince. Nicole was our Optician. She was deligent and patient in helping me to purchase a great replacement pair that fit well after my old ones broke. She also helped my husband with his contact lenses. We were blown away by how quickly she addressed our issues.
Place feel overcrowded and understaffed. One employee was trying to help multiple different people at once so noone was really getting the help they needed. Spent atleast half my time there just waiting for someone. They do have a good selection for glasses though.
Phenomenal experience! Very professional, kind and proficient staff. I was helped and started the eye exam immediately. Never had that before. I mean I literally didn't have to wait at all, no sitting and staring at the ceiling. The well dressed man that helped me pick out glasses was fantastic at his job! Service was okay. They have a fair number of options. But the lady adjusting my new glasses literally bent them to the moon and back, watched her just snap them. Really?! Brand new. From out of town so its super inconvenient to have to come back for the glasses i ordered
