this location is TERRIBLE. I ordered my son glasses in January and was told they were out 6-8 weeks. Which I GET 100% .. When we picked the pair up they had ordered the WRONG size. The women then told me we were able to use the floor pair since it was what frames my son was ordering anyways. So she put the lenses in and we were out the door. Within 3 weeks, the screw on the arm part kept coming out and I called the women said she would handle it to bring them back in. At that point she said she was going fix his frames. NEVE... read more
Terrible customer service. The staff tells you one thing but does another. My daughter is still waiting for her glasses to come in and it's been over a month since her appointment. When I called to complain they told me they would put a rush on the order which was a lie the manager told me just to get me off the phone. Then when I called back to check he told me 4 more weeks. They need to shut this location down. I will never go to them again or recommend them to anyone!
