this location is TERRIBLE. I ordered my son glasses in January and was told they were out 6-8 weeks. Which I GET 100% .. When we picked the pair up they had ordered the WRONG size. The women then told me we were able to use the floor pair since it was what frames my son was ordering anyways. So she put the lenses in and we were out the door. Terrible customer service. The staff tells you one thing but does another. My daughter is still waiting for her glasses to come in and it's been over a month since her appointment. When I called to complain they told me they would put a rush on the order which was a lie the manager told me just to get me off the phone. Then when I called back to check he told me 4 more weeks. They need to shut this location down. I will never go to them again or recommend them to anyone!
Bad service if they make a mistake they will not replace it they expect you to pay again. They don’t respect the client and call them back they wait for you to call and ask.
I paid for tint and didn't get tint do not waste your money with these people once they have your money what you get is what you get I can't even find a corporate office to complain so it's money just gone
I would never suggest going to this place. They lady I have Dealt with for contacts does not know what she’s doing. She acts like she’s educating you but she is belittling you.. You have to repeat yourself several times and she still doesn’t know what she is doing. . She is very passive aggressive and so disrespectful..
