Me and my wife been going to this store for over 20 yrs. Customer service is very bad. I stop going here.I refuse to spend $$ with staff that have nasty attitudes.
I scheduled eye appt for March 15,2025. At 1030am. I get to my appointment The lady at desk Vicky said no doctor is here. I didn't not get a call stating to reschedule my appointment. I burned my gas for nothing. The lady Vicky need to be fired.She is rude and always has a nasty attitude.I am calling corporate.

Great place . The two Drs, the front desk manager are awesome.
No point of coming to any Optical Fair centers if you have an outside prescription from another doctor (you have to see their doctor to get glasses). Manager Daphne Alston's crazy new rules just lost them from having more business coming in. That's not good management style.
