I went for a follow up check up after my two cataract surgeries. Dr. Moosavi was very professional and thorough in checking my eyes. His advice was invaluable. He prescribed the new numbers for reading. Ms. Jasmine, the front desk person, promptly printed out a copy of the prescription. She is the first person I met when I went in yesterday. Jst picked up my eye glasses today and let me tell you.. this place marks the spot! A wide selection of affordable frames from designer to whatever style. But it's the people that work here are the real treasure. Everyone starting from the doc himself, which makes the eye exam a fun and knowledgable experience to the beautiful individuals at the front who greet you from the minute you walk in, answering all your questions and providing you with the pre exam. Highly recommend. I will be back!
I am very disappointed with this store. I have been their customer for several years. Although I hadn't visited for a long time, I returned to place an urgent order for eyeglasses, hoping to place a rush order. Instead, I was confronted with an issue that should never have existed in the first place. I have been a customer of Optical Eye Works since 2019, and I cannot say enough good things about the team there. Nassima was absolutely amazing. After my appointment with Dr. Moosavi, who is a fantastic doctor and always professional and thorough, she spent a great deal of time helping me find the right frames.
