Mike, Sam, and Regina are the best. I feel like a VIP each and every time I walk into their store. I trust them with all of my eye wear needs. To be honest they are some of the wisest people that I have came across. Mike is a genius, he put my prescription into my grandmothers frame. Her frames were foldable which speaks to his God given talent.
I have been to Optical Designs half a dozen times For repairs and have had wonderful results and interactions with all the staff, but especially with Michael and his wife!
Mike saved me from misery with my new glasses. I used a local optical place and after 2 visits with my ophthalmologist and 2 attempts at making my glasses they failed miserably and I couldn’t see to work so I had to get a refund. I recalled Mike from when he practiced in Round Rock and asked my doctor’s office what happened to him.
