**Long Wait Times** I've been purchasing contact here for over ten years. The Costco optical department has great prices compared to other places that sell contacts/eyeglasses. However, the wait times can be extremely long. Their customer service when they finally get around to you is great. I’ve only had one experience with a worker at this location who provided below-average customer service. I highly recommend they add more service members to this department then it would be top-tier. Costco’s Optical is the best experience I’ve had in getting fitted for glasses. They really take there time to make sure your fit is precise. I would highly recommend anyone to become a member. Also, the prices are great as well.
