When I first arrived at Optical Center, a worker requested that I sign in. I did so. After waiting well over an hour and seeing several other customers who had arrived after me get serviced, I ask an employee why I had not yet been waited on? Found out that the list which was used the previous day had not removed. And it was on that list which I signed. THEN, it was removed and filed away!! Everyone else signed a new list.
