Came back to get my melted silicone nose tips replaced for free. Ms Alil is very helpful and detailed on the replacement work. They carry many IC Berlin models so I’d recommend anyone to drop by.
Changed my spec stopper here. The consultants were very friendly and helpful in advising for a silicon stopper which is more comfortable to wear and light weight. Will comeback if I need to change my specs. Thanks for a great advice
