Very attentive, fast service and friendly!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. The store closes at 10pm, and I walked in at 9pm, not 9:59pm. There was a Malay staff member busy counting stock who completely ignored me. Fine, I browsed on my own, but even after I was done, not a single staff came to serve me. There were still two staff at the counter. One Chinese staff member even chose to take out the trash instead of attending to a customer standing right there. What kind of attitude is that? Incredible staff. Riana went above and beyond to help me decide on my lenses. She even helped fix my existing glasses which had some defect. Great collection of all optical needs and accessories!
