We ride the city bus and needed to reschedule our appointments due to thunderstorms, our son is on the Autism Spectrum and any one who knows anything about Autistic Children knows that being caught in a storm would not be a good thing. When we tried to reschedule the manager at the Ft. Harrison store was extremely rude, and when we contacted the Supervising Manager at the south store she was know better!
