What an absolute delight it was this morning at the Optic House. I was greeted with a friendly smile upon entering the store and Jen was beyond helpful. There was a great selection and the staff were wonderful, patient, friendly and professional. I’ll certainly be going back to Optic House for all my optic needs.
I’ve been going to the Optic house for a number of years and have never been disappointed. The prices and quality are top notch. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. A special thanks to Zeta for helping pick out frames that suit me, she went over and above to make sure I was pleased with my choice.
We've been dealing with Optic House for years. You can tell right away that this isn't a "glasses outlet". If you want quality glasses frames that don't chip, bend, rust or break easily, and qualified technical service and expert advice, this is the place to go.
We have been going to the Optic House for years. It is a family run business and is the best place in Brantford for all your eye wear needs! The staff are always very helpful, friendly and provide excellent customer service. They will advise with picking style/fit or perform adjustments and repairs.
