I have been coming here since you first opened up in Brantford. I can't even begin to tell you how many great experiences i have had there through the years. The kindness and customer service is top notch and you genuinely love what you do and care about the customers and it shows! I went in tonight to pick out frames after a long day at work and the two lovely ladies there made my day. Simple conversation and help picking out the frames we all decided where the keepers out of about 5 that I chose. Great job girls!

The Optic House went above and beyond. This buissness is very professional and they are very helpful. In addition to, having many different choices to pick from for frames. Prices are best in town by far. Definitely recommend, Shayla was also a great help picking out my frames.
