I had a bad experience with them once two years ago ( there was a delay for my prescription glasses for about 6 weeks which was supposed to be 2 weeks but they didn't inform me) and again today. I gave them a second chance today to see if anything changed but I found them rude to me (I think because of my ethnicity may be).
