Actually the truth is you heard what your heard and mumbled something and hung up on me while I was confirming my date and time. You NEVER explained to me you were cancelling my appointment that’s why I had to call back and speak to another staff member who then explained to me you cancelled my appointment! You were too much of a coward to answer the phone call after you hung up on me! Your extremely rude and very unprofessional! Pretty sad you got back on here a lied! You are a joke a d should be fired!
