A friend told me about the ceramic coat and how it would help my new car stay new. They were incredibly easy to work with and helped explain how to keep the car protected. Couldn’t have been better. Thanks.
First opened it was awesome! Kinda gone down a little! Car was not as clean after washing!
As a past certified installer of Opti Coat I can sadly say this: Zero customer service and support. Rude to customers. Won’t stand by their warranty. Highly do NOT recommend! Reply to "Response from the Owner''' below - NO this has NOTHING to do with a competitor in Canada. This has EVERYTHING to do with OPT's head office in Memphis, TN. The response is a complete and utter lie. Very disappointed with OPT.
Had the opticoat ceramic pro+ installed by authorized dealer in Canada. Supposedly a 7+ year product on a brand new GMC Denali HD back in 2019/2020. Ceramic coating lasted maybe 2 years. Reached out about warranty claim with my original invoice of over 5000$ cad and my warranty card. Was essentially told that my vehicle was never registered and I am not able to make any warranty claims.
