Do not waste your time or money at this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because anywhere else will quite literally be better than here. Multiple issues with the staff and facility I don’t even know where to start.
Me an my wife have been with them for 10 years, we came in for our 2 year vist, an they had canceled our appointment without our consent? Reschedule our appointment for a week later? Blamed it on computer error? So came in today for appointment, waited a hour an a half. They hurried us right thru it They said no changes, other then the price for frames!! Crappy serive! Not happy! Time to look else where!
Well femton optical lost another customer due to lack of professionalism and the way they treat customers. I called to order my contacs and was told I was good till April to.order them. When I called on March 19th the rude gentleman there gave me the price and I said I would be in the next day to pay for them. He then called back and said it's to close my my end date so I could not order them and I was trying to scam them out of a eye examlol it's free with my inc by the way. From the exam to receiving glasses that were not what i wanted or asked for and then receiving incorrect contact lenses not once but twice. Also, i do not think the prescription is correct and will now be scheduling a new exam elsewhere.
