The aides and nurses here especially on weekends treat the residents as they are such an inconvenience, if you go tell the nurse something about the loved one you’re visiting they say you need to stop , that they’ve already had this conversation n nothing is wrong . they just sit at the desk and ignore call lights. Would never send my loved one here. Horrible atmosphere and attitudes. My mother came here after a hospital stay for short term rehab. The girls in the rehab department are great and helpful. This place is very old and ran down… needs a total remodel. Food was subpar - as mom would say in a nice way. Her nurse during the day, Lexy, was amazing. Very sweet, informative, and did what she could for us with her full load... Doesn’t seem to be fully staffed. She had an aid, Deliah, that was great too.

Where do I even begin? If I could rate a zero I would. Shocked that Optalis is ranked high on here. With the few exceptions of about 3-4 CNA who are fantastic and care for the patients this place should be closed. We had to send my mom to a rehab facility after she fell and broke her hip. We needed a facility close by and after reading reviews we thought we made a good decision. I think the director of nursing is the nicest. She is definitely the most qualified woman for the job!

My grandma was there and they were super to her. They took great excellent care of her in her final hours. Especially the Nurses. Great place for your loved one.
