I’m so grateful for the care my aunt received at this rehab facility. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and made our family feel comfortable knowing she was in good hands. My favorite uncle stayed here, and me and my dad couldn’t have been more pleased with the care he received. The staff were kind, compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout his stay. It was comforting to know he was in such caring and capable hands. My aunt has been living at Optalis Bloomfield Hills for the past 6 years. I had great experience this past month working with Raquel Eberle, Business Office Manager, who helped me understand the healthcare system and what I needed to do to ensure my aunt had everything up to date for her guardianship and insurance. Very thankful for Raquel's assistance.

Great places , I love the staff very friendly and the Director Samar Malouf is such a beautiful person and help my moms transition to this facility go very smoothly and well !! I appreciate Optalis in Bloomfield so much !!
