I would like to thank Lavern for being an awesome Leader and Thank you for the referral. I'm kinda disappointed with the nurse for sending my sister off with a large bag of clothes and a wet bag of clothes and both bags belongs to someone else. Also, I'm suspicious about whether my sister was fed or not. When we arrived at the new facility she began to feel ill. Either she missed her breakfast, didn't get her medication or both. They keep it clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I visited this community a few times recently and spent time with some of the team. The high level of hospitality was noted from the moment I walked in! I feel confident referring clients to this community for rehab or long term living.
No matter how many times they change their name and management, I will never recommend this facility. My mother had several complaints, her room/bathroom was filthy when my husband and I visited, and housekeeping couldn’t be located by the nursing staff. My mother wasn’t consistently getting the assistance she needed to get to the restroom; nor was she cleaned/bathed regularly. And the list of complaints goes on and on. I had a loved one there and Ross is always welcoming when I come there. The concierge, Versie , was very helpful and lastly housekeeping was good!
