My mother received excellent care during her 3 week stay at Optalis. The staff was professional, friendly, and very compassionate. Denise, Rose, Parker, Heather, Amy, Tovana (CNA),Shenova (CNA), Karen (OT), Yolene (CNA), Tony (CNA), Leo, Kim (CNA) and the best wound care team in the world Deanna and Alexis went above and beyond to provide excellent care. And we will forever be grateful for this amazing place and these amazing people. Thank you.
Had a great experience there! The people were very nice to me. They made me feel like a part of the family! My recovery was much easier because of the love I felt!
Excellent personal service for our mother. She was taken great care off. We loved Denise, Rose, Heather , Parker and a few more that I do not remember their names! Thank you. You went above and beyond!
The staff is very helpful! The therapists were on point with what they had to do. Therapy was efficient and listened to me for my needs. That did not push me past my limits. Nurses are good! Did their jobs well, as did the aides. Food is okay.. being that it is a large facility. They got me what I needed. When I came in, I was supposed to be here for 2 weeks.. with all the efforts I am leaving after 2 weeks! All and all good visit!!
Night shift in the evening shift is terrible they really need more training they are slow to coming to see about me 😭 I think that is so terrible can leave a patient sitting in pissed .
