I highly recommend OPT. David, the physical therapist is very knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Xavier, the PT tech is knowledgeable, patient and approachable. I went to OPT for TMJ issues and was not only very much improved by the end of my appointments, but they taught me how to be aware of the muscles of my own body and how and why the stretches work.
