I had an great experience at OPR Eyewear. I went in to have my lenses replaced and was impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff replaced my old lenses with new Zeiss lenses, cleaned my glasses, and tightened them to fit better. The store is beautiful and reflects the care and attention to detail that goes into every pair of glasses they design and create. I felt taken care of throughout my visit, and it is clear that OPR Eyewear is dedicated to providing quality service and products.

Exceptional customer service! I placed an order over the phone from out of state, and the owner took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and customize my order to perfection. The glasses were delivered on time, and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I won’t be going to any other glasses store as this store has earned my loyalty!
