This bank has been great for us. Our first experience with Opportunity’s Loan Department was with our mortgage through Elisa Grace, in the Bozeman office and it went through super smoothly. And then our second and third loan went through the Livingston Branch and Kynsi Tilstra, and those went super quick and smoothly as well. I am grateful to have a bank at different locations give great customer service and experience that they are our first choice for getting a loan. Thank you Opportunity Bank!
Their customer service could be improved by a whole bunch. You guys have my money, so shouldn’t I get good customer service out of you? I will continue to drive over the pass and go to Bozeman and visit the ladies over there. They at least have cheery attitudes.
