This bank have tellers that simply cannot count money.... A. While back I had a teller short me $50. When I was running to the bank for work? My employer thought I stole the money. Put me in a really bad situation. Had a whole investigation started to then call four days later and say they found the money. I. Know accidents happen. But when I alerted them, it was short, they. Refused to audit that teller and it took 4 days to come up. That is my issue with this place.
Love the guy that’s always so helpful, I think his name is Luke, he is awesome. Always super nice.
Worst addition to a great bank Been banking with opportunity Bank since I was 18 years old thought the branch would be nice since it was close to my apartment but they don't have the staff like oak and have screwed me over multiple times. I have a trip coming up in 3 days and they froze my account for a 6 thousand dollar deposit because it was "not a normal deposit" after calling and clearing with the account that paid me. If you wanna bank with them bank with the oak location and do NOT deal with this location
