my son who's 12 just took his change into the bank to get it turned into cash to Christmas shop for his siblings. Rudely turned away and told they only serve customers. How disgusting your bank is for treating a kid that way, telling him to go to Walmart in Helena to a coin machine. your bank is pathetic, I wish you actually cared about townsend people, not just money for members. also he's 12, how could he be a member? I'm not ever using you.
When I drive up to the bank I am always met with a smiling face and have a positive experience. I love my bank!!
