On Friday November 7th, 2025, received a Fruad Alert from Opportunity Bank about charges on my Apple card. The fraudulent charges were charged late in the evening on a holiday weekend. Opportunity Bank immediately alerted me to the charges while Apple Card did not. Opportunity Bank Security Specialist, Ryan (Badge # 145995) worked with me to correct the large $ Amount of unauthorized charges. Every time I visit Opportunity Bank in Hamilton the people are very courteous, greet me with a smile and always are able to assist me in my banking needs. I've been an account holder here for over twenty years and love the service.
Very great experience, the ladies of the bank are so helpful and friendly to chat with.
I doubt there is another bank that is any more enjoyable to do business with. Being a community bank they really are involved and available for community events. We really appreciate them. They also do good bank stuff. The best customer service.
