This bank is quite a joke. Their atm failed to dispense money to me and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Kinda wild to basically steal my money and then tell me there's nothing they can do because I'm not a member of their bank. Quite a let down for a financial institution to treat people this way.

On Friday November 7th, 2025, received a Fruad Alert from Opportunity Bank about charges on my Apple card. The fraudulent charges were charged late in the evening on a holiday weekend. Opportunity Bank immediately alerted me to the charges while Apple Card did not. Opportunity Bank Security Specialist, Ryan (Badge # 145995) worked with me to correct the large $ Amount of unauthorized charges.
