We had an terrible experience with Amy and Zaneta. Because of Zaneta’s own admitted bias the entire investigation became tainted. Amy then stepped in then only to make matters worse by assessing the “change in body language “ of one employee witness and saying to another, “I know you want to protect your employee.” For someone who prides herself in her history as a judge (though she was an administrative judge, tantamount to traffic court), she should know that 1, she is not a body language expert, and 2, she can’t possible ... read more

They claim to conduct impartial investigations for employers. If they are retained and paid by the employer, how are they impartial? Don't be naive.

They claim to conduct independent investigations. More like intimidating investigations. Don't fall for their obnoxious tactics.
