Muy buena experiencia .
Realmente me frustra saber que en una Sucursal tan concurrida como la de La Gran Plaza, únicamente tengan una persona para atender a la extensa clientela que tienen. Una persona dura 45 min aproximadamente para ser atendido. Deberían de tener mas personal o una ventanilla solo para pagos y eso ayudaría a muchos a no esperar tanto tiempo.
