This is to store manger of Oporto Westmead to investigate and action unbiasedly for my recent experience at Oporto Westmead. I placed my order at 2135 as online order (order value 19.91$ )to pick up by myself. I reached stored to picked up at 2202. Oporto staff member at the counter informed me that my order is ready but there was only 3/4 chicken packed instead my order for whole chicken.
