Absolutely shocking service last night , not over busy , seemed to be lack of staff and knowledge, food was definitely not up to Oporto standards

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the service I witnessed tonight. The person who appeared to be the manager spoke to a staff member in a way that came across as rude and dismissive, almost like an abuse of hierarchy. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. She also acted immaturely in front of customers and responded sarcastically to my husband when he simply asked for serviettes and cutlery—as if it was too much effort to add them to the bag. Staff in this store don’t display appropriate food handling and hygiene techniques. The shift manager (Indian male) was wearing gloves (great job!) but making burgers and wraps and then reaching for his phone from his pocket and playing on that and then returning to making burgers and wraps. All with the same set of gloves! The same staff member went and opened the chicken oven that clearly has a sign on it reading “staff must wear aprons and gloves when opening”, but didn’t adhere to the signage. This place really needs cleaning, EVERY time we come in here it's filthy, we have to wipe the table before we use it and there's food in the slats of the seats... even the front counter has a thick dust layer PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE!!🙏🙏🙏 food is always good though.
