The meal arrived cold, with refrigerated and partially frozen items placed in the same bag as both hot meal portions. As a result, the chicken strips, cheese sticks, and fries were cold on arrival and required reheating in an air fryer before they were fit for consumption. The roll was also poorly packaged. Food was actually really good today. My Bondi burger had a good amount of chilli sauce (normally there’s hardly any) and the chips were fresh and nicely cooked (normally not cooked enough/not crispy). If I had to say anything negative, there was probably a little too much salt for my liking (better than usual though as they’re normally way too salty whenever I buy from this store).
Be careful using the app I put an order in using the app and each time I submitted the order it stated try again and I checked my account and have been charged 4 times
