Great service and customer service. The customer service is better than Uber and Lyft. You can reach out to them quick and they respond very quick compared to other that is such a maze to talk to someone. I have a feedback regarding the airport scheduling which the app schedules the pick up too early and doesn't calculate the traffic that if it's in the early morning, it takes half of the time to get to airport. I had to sit at airport for 4 hours 🙃 😭

Absolutely TERRIBLE - upon leaving Universal Studios 18/05 I advised the driver we were at the city walk pick up point and pin pointed myself on the map. I am from another country and told the driver I have poor signal and cannot answer his calls, he continued to ring me a further 5-6 times. My son was exhausted after this day walking around, I am travelling here from Australia just my son and I. I've used these guys a few times for rides to LAX. I reserve a few days in advance, and they are always on time with professional drivers in nice cars. More affordable and dependable than Uber or Lyft. But this was only the second time I paid for a round trip and had them pick me up at the airport. Several years ago, getting picked up at LAX by them wasn't a timely experience, but this time, the communication was much better. The driver was very punctual. Never matched with a driver. Called the number and the people seemed confused? Kept asking what app I booked through and then said it was only for schedule pickup even tho I selected express pickup available now on the app.
