Treats you like a thief the moment you walk in. Awful customer service before I even got to the cashier to return an item (where they shipped me a M7.5 and and not a W7.5). Store associate by the front doesn’t give clear instructions on where to go, just vague pointing and is rude. Two stars because whoever I spoke to on the phone before heading to the store was very kind.
