My experience with OPM Sales has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a barbecue based on the delivery timeframe advertised on their website. Unfortunately , the order has been significantly delayed, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have received nothing but apologies and generic responses saying they are "following up with the courier."
