Spent 7 hours trying to troubleshoot their gate system. Nothing works and keypads still down. Totally unacceptable!
Lacks support. New layout no longer has options for remote site(s) to toggle among sites. Unless going into configuration which is buggy.
Doesnt work well, buggy, glitchy software. Makes it hard to track who is on site.
