Open Tech does not allow you to cancel service. I was very disappointed that after being a customer for 20 plus years, we were not able to cancel service. We emailed, called, sent in support tickets, and to this day they are still billing us. We had three locations and paid on time for service for twenty years. We outgrew the kiosk due to online payments being the main way to accept payments and they will not let us cancel!
