Been using Opentech for years in our self storage business. Recently we've had an issue with their Insomniac Online rental service not integrating properly with their Insomniac Kiosk. (Customers unable to complete online move-ins when visiting the kiosk). Getting support for this issue has been essentially non-existent. I have emailed them every couple days and if I even get a response, its the same thing every time, that the issue has been escalated and that they're waiting to hear back from their team. If you are a self storage owner/operator or property manager I would recommend staying away from this company. We operate 5 storage facilities and have used their call center, remote manager, keypad, and kiosk services. All of these services have been a major disappointment. This company does not care about fostering long term mutually beneficial relationships with their customers.
