Had the most lovely customer service from Lauren. She helped us with our fabric choice by looking at photos of our room and offering her expert advice. She problem solved an issue that cropped up effectively and kept us informed every step of the way. She was a delight to deal with. Everything is great until something goes wrong. I purchased this Globewest table for about $2,800 which is supposedly an outdoor table… outdoor table meaning it can withstand some heat and what you would expect to be normal foods right? No. This damage came around just from eating fish and chips just after one month of moving in… yups! It wasnt hot at all and I am so surprised these supposed high quality tables cant withstand ordinary foods. Sent this back to guys, who looked into it and the manufactuer said it is accidental... read more
