☆☆☆☆ Ever since OPENLANE took over, this auction has gone downhill. Getting help from the actual auction staff is nearly impossible. Every time you call, you’re asked for the serial number, then transferred from one department to another, only to sit on hold or have nobody answer. I recently had a flatbed dispatched from Halifax to Toronto to pick up a vehicle.
