This review for OpenClosit has been a long time coming. I feel so strongly about this store, not just as a place to find beautiful clothes, but as a true girl’s girl community and safe haven. I was in desperate need of a dress for a wedding the next day. The one I ordered online didn’t fit. Made an appointment and went in store. Jo was so lovely and helpful. Ended up with a dress I loved. There were a ton of options (size 10/12 Aus) Couldn’t recommend more. The returns drop box makes it super easy as well.
It hurts my heart to not support a local business but I had such a bad experience it would feel like a disservice to my community to not put out a warning. There are many other rental services with significantly better prices/polices.
I absolutely love this place. The best selection of dresses, Incredibly reasonable prices, And the ownerJohanna Is the absolute best stylist. This is all I do now for my main events or when I attend weddings, gorgeous, gorgeous selection of dresses and you can keep them for an entire week.
