I gave a one star because I drove 35 minutes for the person behind the counter had no clue as to what to do about me needing a full set of cantilever brake pads for front and rear of my bike, I also needed a spoke tool so as to straighten my wheels and the gentleman told me that the place was shutting down at the end of the month. Very unprofessional and not a very good supplier of bike tools or supplies, went to GRUMPYS bikes and what a very knowledgeable bike shop. We have been employing Steve for our bikes since we moved here. Even bought an electric bike about a year ago. He is lovely; patient, calm, knowledgeable, and cares about your experience. Highly recommend!
Business isn’t open and seems to be going out of business. Couldn’t reach them on line, none of the links work. Drove down 1 hour from Asheville today on a Wednesday. We are staying there on vacation. Handwritten sign says closed during week, call for appt. On line it says they are open every day but Sunday. Does not say appt needed. Nether that phone number nor the business phone number were answered and the vm doesn’t work for either. Sent text message to both. Steven runs a very good shop. I got a bike here a couple months ago and don't have any complaints. I managed to break a pedal off of it and Steven replaced it for me for barely anything. He also does E bike rentals which id definitely recommend as we have an amazing bike path running through the county
