This bike shop has a decent selection of bikes, and I was seriously considering making a purchase. However, the customer service I encountered was so poor that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting customers. Monkwheel store owner of this store or monkwheel brand you gotta do something with customer service here. Lady is sitting on her phone no customer service at all, she answer your question with yes or no. This store is in bad shape and dirty. Sucks tho. I hope you guys get this store in a good shape for customers
The top mechanic at Open Trails, Sam, is one of the best bicycle mechanics around (for ebikes or otherwise). And everyone I've ever met at the shop has been super friendly and knowledgeable. Had my recently purchased Used E-bike serviced by Sam. Sam is very knowledgeable on E-bikes. Great customer service and inventory of different e-bikes at location is good. I will definitely be back when the time comes to upgrade bikes. If you love riding bikes and have never ridden an E-bike I highly recommend trying one out. They are a blast.
