I can’t say enough good things about David and the Pasadena Shop. I was vacillating between several bikes: a Gazelle T10, a Specialized Vado, a Diamond Back Response, and a Bulls Iconic. I test drove the first few. But I could not find a Bulls bike to test drive anywhere but San Diego and San Francisco… until I called Open Trails. The owner Dave was very friendly and courteously entertained all my questions about his bicycles.
Dave told me to " get the hell out of here" because I came in with a bike I didn't buy from him. He said" I thought we were going to be friends". The dude has issues..
