Extremely rude. I had parked in their lot briefly not realizing it was assigned parking to bring my autistic children into the building next door ( all the other spaces in the meters were full at the time and crossing the road with two hard to handle autistic children is hard to do safely). I was grateful to get a warning on my car instead of being towed.
