We bought two Togos from them, both need to order from overseas. They kept us updated with the shipment information and the arrival time, very good post sale service. The quality of Togos is excellent, my kids loved them.

We purchased a set of 8 Feelgood 170 (Dining Chair by Takahashi Asako) chairs for our dining table from Open Room and Stephanie was so helpful and amazing to deal with. The items sold at this store are absolutely stunning and are of very high quality. I would definitely recommend Open Room and I would certainly be shopping here again.
